Vis basically stole a nickname I gave her in a journal from 2016, around the time she blocked me.
She thought it was so GOLD that she made a deviation about it (bitcrushed to hell and back because I don't want my ass taken off dA)
And uses it in her bios.

In vis's defense, its a nickname. I don't think you can trade mark a nickname. It seems that through the drama she became self aware and just used the named everyone called her. I'm not a fan of hers, but in all honesty your just stooping to her level saying that she "stole a nick name". That just sounds like something she would do, and if you really want people to take you as True victor in this drama I wouldn't do this, even if this is a joke.
